Ingredients

3 cups finely shredded green cabbage
3 cups finely shredded red cabbage
1 carrot, coursely grated
1 red capsicum, seeded, deveined, finely sliced
1/2 cup sliced shallots
2 small granny smith apples, quatered, cored, thinly sliced
3/4 cup pecan nuts, toasted, coarsely chopped
3/4 cup coleslaw dressing

Method

Put all ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine

Serves 8
